United Church of God vs Jehovah’s Witness
No matter the religion there are always different sects. The United Church of God vs Jehovah’s Witness are some who choose to cherry-pick the things they want to follow. Although, if you aren’t basing your religion off set standards people can distort and spread false teaching.
Before you decide to choose a denomination it’s better to read the Bible for yourself. Many churches like to preach their version of the gospel. If what they are preaching isn’t in line with God’s holy word then it’s best to steer clear. The Bible is complete and doesn’t require any additional teaching material or doctrines. Especially when people are preaching things that don’t line up with the word.
The United Church of God vs Jehovah’s Witness is an often talked about subject. Both like to claim they are preaching the gospel but their doctrines conflict with the actual word of God. Just because they say that they are followers of Christ doesn’t mean they are actually preaching the truth.
Beloved, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, for many false prophets have gone out into the world.

This isn’t a conspiracy site. Rather, I want to share the truth based on God’s word alone.
How these “Churches” see God
The United Church of God does not believe in the Trinity. They believe that Jesus and God the Father are one but the Holy Spirit is not his own person. The United Church of God (UCG), which was formally the Worldwide Church of God cult, believes that the Holy Spirit is just the power of God and Jesus and not a separate person.
On the same spectrum, Jehova’s Witness rejects the Trinity. Although, the Witnesses believe that God and Jesus are separate beings. In addition, the Holy Spirit is just the name for the force of God. Neither of their views aligns with scripture.
The Bible
Both the Witnesses and the UCG agree that the Bible is an important book. The Witnesses believe that while the Bible has authority while true authority lies Jehovah’s visible organization. This means that all biblical teaching has to go through the organization before it can be accepted as truth. This leads to people higher up having the ability to skew scripture. They believe that scripture can’t be understood without their guidance.
The UCG says that they believe the Bible was given by God to instruct Christians. Although, like the Witnesses, the UGC claims to be the main authority. Teaching from the Bible has to be filtered and distorted by the organization otherwise people wouldn’t be able to understand it on their own.
Ministry
The UCG doesn’t preach the Gospel of Jesus Christ. They believe that the true message of the Bible is the Kingdom of God. They are works-based. This means that you can do good deeds to gain your salvation. The goal is to live a good life, help the poor and follow their rules to be saved.
In addition, the UCC has strict rules which have to be followed for your salvation. No celebrating certain holidays or eating pork are some of the rules the UCG enforces.
The Witnesses believe that Jesus was a created person. Some say that Jesus was originally the archangel Michael. They then believe that this Jesus was just a normal man separate from God. He was the greatest man that ever lived but he was just a tool or a sacrifice to give people another chance to prove themselves to God. They believe that Jesus’ body vaporized into a gas and disappeared.
The Witnesses also believe that there are 144,000 select few “anointed” Christians that will live and rule in heaven alongside God. Other Christians, which the Witnesses refer to as “sheep” will live on the new earth.
The United Church of God vs Jehovah’s Witness comparison just shows how people can use the Bible and distort it for their own agendas. The Bible which was completely inspired by God doesn’t require a cipher or a secondary set of literature to understand the truth for yourself. The Bible lacks nothing. These fake churches try to push their version of the truth but the Bible can be read by yourself and isn’t hidden behind some paywall or some authoritarian organization.
While it’s good to figure out what each “church” believes in the United Church of God vs Jehovah’s Witness you should never take someone’s thoughts, doctrines, or opinions without reading the Bible for yourself.
